Our Condominium Docs have very specific requirements for remodeling work. This type of major work can only be done through the months of May through October. If you are interested in doing some remodeling, please stop in to the office and pick up a "Remodeling Guidelines" packet, which will include all of the restrictions and rules governing your remodel as well as Insurance Guidelines which must be met by your contractor. Your contractor will have to submit plans to the office in order to obtain an approval letter to take to the city for permitting.
